My project focuses on the workings of Shor's algorithm, specifically its failing and probability. It also includes a simple simulator in Java
My work also features the most recent simulator review based on Julia Wallaces PhD
Both the paper and the software program and avaliable for download below, if anyone is interested in continuing development of the simulator I would be interested to hear from you. The quantum simulator is an open source project and is released under the GPL.
